Article has corrected and said it isn’t “new” per say.
But oh dear, that’s looking a little daunting, I’m living in New Zealand right now and am hoping to start growing some crops and do some seed saving (Just need a few things and I can get started inshallah).
I don’t know too much about this law, I know a few of my neighbors have some of their own small food gardens – my mother, who knows much about NZ laws and has worked in the regional council, hasn’t commented on it as far as I know – so I don’t think it’s as big of a problem just yet.
However, this would be a precursor to more control I’m guessing?
